Friday Feats: Crack Buildering

Jernej Kruder (SLO) is one of the few comp climbers that isn’t afraid of a hand jam. Kruder was the Overall Bouldering World Cup winner last year and he placed 16th at the recent Combined World Championships in Hachioji. The 28-year-old has balanced resume, including V15s ( Catalan Witness the Fitness and Metafizika) and 5.15a (Dugi rat). Kruder is also known for conquering heady deep water solo routes (Chris Sharma’s Es Pontas, 5.15a).
