Shauna Coxsey’s Max Hang Sessions

Olympic-qualified athlete Shauna Coxsey discusses her max hang protocol for increasing finger strength.

 

Max hang sessions are great for improving finger strength allowing you to hang onto smaller holds and hang onto holds for longer.

Whilst it is a simple session, lots of care needs to be taken in the warm up and displaying good form in this session to make gains and avoid injuries.
